As part of the front office team, you will be the first point of contact for our international guests from check-in to check-out.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection  

 

22:45 You arrive, in uniform, with a cup of coffee in the back office, your colleague from the evening shift does the handover, you note the action points. 

23:00 You start with your checklist and are ready to provide a service with a heartfelt smile for the last guest to arrive.

00:00 You do the first security round through the hotel.

00:30 Between phone calls, you handle incoming emails and work your way through the first part of the checklist. 

02:30 All Food & Beverage outlets are closed now, and you can start the preparations for the closing of the day.  

03:30 After the End of Day closing you take a moment to have a meal followed by another security round.  

05:00 A few guests are entering the lobby after a night out. You request them kindly but forcing not to wake other guest whilst going to their room.   

06:00 You prepare the handover for the morning shift, start counting the cash register, and make sure all tasks are done. 

06:45 The morning shift has arrived, and you attend the handover. 

07:00 Time to go home!
