What will be your mission?
As an Administrativo/a de Direção Geral, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of information, communications, and administrative processes, contributing to the effective operation of the General Management office and the organization as a whole.
What will you do?

Support the Management Office Secretary in the management and follow-up of administrative tasks.

Assist with correspondence, internal and external communications, and various administrative documentation.

Ensure the organization, filing, and updating of both physical and digital records.

Ensure the accurate receipt, processing, and dissemination of information, in compliance with confidentiality and data protection principles.

Prepare, review, and monitor documents, reports, presentations, and other professional communications.

Support the management of calendars, priorities, and deadlines, ensuring the effective follow-up of matters related to the Executive Office.

Assist in coordinating communication and collaboration between different departments and internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?

- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English, suited to a variety of professional environments.
- Experience in drafting and managing professional correspondence, including internal and external communications and customer responses.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and information security principles.
- Strong document management skills, including the organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Adaptability to different stakeholders, situations, and organizational needs.
- Availability and dedication to providing efficient and high-quality support to the General Management team.
