We are looking for a motivated and curious trainee to support the hotel’s Marketing, PR & Communication Manager.
What you will do:
- Social Media: content creation (shooting, editing), posting and scheduling, community interaction, social media management, performance analysis, and support with influencer marketing activities.
- Communication & PR: support in drafting texts (social copy, press releases, newsletters, save‑the‑date), media and talent relations.
- Events & Partnerships: assistance in organising branded events, activations, and partnerships.
- Visual & Branding: support in producing graphic materials, assisting with creative direction and during photo shoots.
- Monitoring & Reporting: data collection, KPI analysis, competitor benchmarking and sector trend monitoring.
What we are looking for:
- Familiarity with social media and a strong interest in branding, advertising, hospitality, and communication.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian (C2) and good English skills (B2–C1).
- Organised, proactive, creative, with initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong command of tools such as Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office Suite.
