F&B Supervisor (m/f/d) - Full-time - NH Collection Gent

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, breakfast service, meetings, events, and banqueting activities. Leading by example, you will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable moments for every guest.

Working closely with the F&B Manager and other hotel departments, you will ensure seamless operations, high service standards, and strong team performance in line with the values and quality standards of Minor Hotels.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

• Supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings, events, and banqueting services.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensuring Minor Hotels service standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling feedback in a professional and personalized manner.
• Supporting team scheduling, training, and development.
• Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Supporting stock control and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assisting the F&B Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Taking responsibility for the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.

• Previous experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a hotel, restaurant, conference, or banqueting environment.
