F&B Director - NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa

NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa is looking for an experienced leader to the role of F&B Director to lead the hotel’s entire Food & Beverage operation.
This is a senior leadership role combining strategy, operations, guest experience, commercial performance and people leadership.
You will be fully responsible for the quality, profitability and continuous development of all F&B concepts and outlets.
This role is working closely with the Executive Chef and the hotel leadership team, you will shape the overall F&B vision, service culture and product offering, while being visibly present in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the hotel’s Food & Beverage business: quality, concepts, service standards, teams and financial results, in cooperation with Executive Chef and other F&B responsible managers
- Lead and develop F&B managers, supervisors and teams with clear goals and strong structure
- Develop in-house concepts, reinforce our position in Helsinki’s food and beverage scene, and lead the coordination of events and in-house initiatives.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and smooth daily operations across all outlets
- Drive sales, cost control, forecasting and profitability with a strong commercial mindset
- Build and embed effective processes and service standards
- Collaborate closely with local Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Human Resources and other hotel departments
What We’re Looking For
- Proven senior F&B leadership experience in luxury or upper-upscale hotels or other demanding F&B environments
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Proactive, structured and people-centred leadership style
- Ability to balance strategic planning with operational excellence
- Decisiveness and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; Finnish is an advantage
