Our ambitious sales team is now looking for a results-driven professional to join us.
NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa marks the debut of Minor Hotels in Finland. This five-star hotel combines premium facilities, inspiring design and personalized service in the heart of Helsinki. Now our Inhouse Sales team is looking for a new team member.
Role and responsibilities
This role is strongly sales-oriented and best suited for a hunter mindset. You will actively work with corporate clients, travel agencies and tour operators, focusing on accommodation group bookings as well as meetings & events bookings. You are responsible for converting incoming enquiries into confirmed business and developing strong, long-term relationships with our B2B partners.
You will be taking care of incoming reservation requests and guide them through the sales pipeline. In this role you will be able to deliver extraordinary customer experience and give the important first impression of our hotel. As a reservations agent you will be responsible for handling room and group bookings and meeting & events requests. You will be also working closely with our Sales Director, Sales Manager, Front Office staff and Restaurant Manager as well as our global Minor colleagues and support teams. Your office will be located at the hotel.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in accommodation group sales and meetings & events sales or a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry

You are experienced in handling meetings & events bookings, preferably within the premium segment

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

You have excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in this role for both internal and external purposes

As a colleague you are an energetic and efficient person, you are a problem solver by heart

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

Salary range: €3,280–€3,485 per month.
