Venue Manager – Kupoli Cocktail Bar

Lead one of Finland’s most exciting cocktail destinations!

Located beneath the historic dome of NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa, Kupoli Cocktail Bar has quickly become one of Finland’s most exciting cocktail destinations. Our ambition is to establish Kupoli as an internationally recognised destination where world-class cocktails meet exceptional hospitality.

We are now looking for a Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of Kupoli.



Your role

As Venue Manager, you will ensure that Kupoli’s vision comes to life every evening through outstanding leadership, exceptional service and flawless execution.

You will lead by example, inspire your team and create a culture where quality, hospitality and continuous improvement are part of everything we do.


Your responsibilities include:



Leading the daily operations of Kupoli
Managing, coaching and developing the entire front-of-house team, including bartenders, servers and hosts
Workforce planning, scheduling and day-to-day people leadership
Onboarding new team members and supporting their development
Continuously developing the guest experience and service standards
Developing operational procedures, processes and quality standards
Driving sales, profitability and operational performance together with the team

You will work closely with Creative Director Timo Siitonen, who is responsible for Kupoli’s concept, cocktail programme and creative direction. Your role is to lead the daily operation, develop the team and ensure that this vision is delivered consistently through every guest experience.
