We are looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Waiters/Waitresses to join our team for the summer season. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience, work in a lively atmosphere, and be part of our warm hospitality team.

Employment period

    •    We can welcome summer employees from 1 May at the earliest
    •    The main need is from June onwards, and we hope for availability until the end of August
    •    Part-time position, contracts ranging from 10–35 hours per week

What will be your responsibility?

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating an excellent guest experience by providing friendly, professional, and efficient service in our restaurant and events.

What will you do?

    •    Provide excellent customer service that promotes guest satisfaction
    •    Be a part of the warm atmosphere and create extraordinary moments for our guests
    •    Take orders and serve food and beverages and serve with a smile to our guests
    •    Maintain regular contact with guests during the key service moments (breakfast, lunch, dinner, events)
    •    Be familiar with our menu, daily specials, and available products and services
    •    Communicate effectively with the rest of the team, e.g. kitchen and F&B team
    •    Handle reservations and payments using, for example our POS system
    •    Set up and clean tables, restaurant areas, and meeting rooms as required
    •    Ensure cleanliness, quality, and service standards are met at all times
    •    Upsell products and identify opportunities to increase F&B revenue
    •    Follow all hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations

What are we looking for?

    •    You are at least 18 years old or you are a hospitality student
    •    You have a valid Alcohol Passport and Hygiene Passport
    •    Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is favorable
    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    •    Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
    •    Fluent in Finnish and English
    •    Sales-oriented attitude and good communication skills
