What will be your mission?
As a Concierge, you prioritize tasks to ensure optimal guest relations and remain available at all times to meet guest needs
What will you do?
- Act as the main link between the hotel and guests, facilitating requested services/information and promptly updating guests on outcomes
- Greet, escort, and inform guests, ensuring a warm welcome and responding to inquiries
- Initiate discreet contact with guests, assess satisfaction, offer assistance, receive compliments and complaints, resolve them professionally, and inform supervisors accordingly
- Possess detailed knowledge of hotel services, current offers, and local events
- Maintain comprehensive information on all facilities and services of interest to guests
- Manage promotional materials, treating every guest interaction as an opportunity to promote services
- Monitor and analyze service quality results through weekly and monthly reports and ensure continuous improvement
- Lead the team, train new members, oversee operations handled by the team, and manage revenue streams (transfers, bike rental, parking, etc.)
- Ensure that all services provided meet luxury standards
What are we looking for?
- Secondary, higher, or university degree – preferably in hospitality/tourism, economics, or marketing
- Previous experience in the same or similar roles in high-category hotels is an advantage
- Fluency in the local language and a high level of English are required
- Any additional language will be considered a plus
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, patience, and tact
- Independence and initiative in performing tasks and solving problems
