What will be your mission?

 

As a Concierge, you prioritize tasks to ensure optimal guest relations and remain available at all times to meet guest needs

 

 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Act as the main link between the hotel and guests, facilitating requested services/information and promptly updating guests on outcomes
  • Greet, escort, and inform guests, ensuring a warm welcome and responding to inquiries
  • Initiate discreet contact with guests, assess satisfaction, offer assistance, receive compliments and complaints, resolve them professionally, and inform supervisors accordingly
  • Possess detailed knowledge of hotel services, current offers, and local events
  • Maintain comprehensive information on all facilities and services of interest to guests
  • Manage promotional materials, treating every guest interaction as an opportunity to promote services
  • Monitor and analyze service quality results through weekly and monthly reports and ensure continuous improvement
  • Lead the team, train new members, oversee operations handled by the team, and manage revenue streams (transfers, bike rental, parking, etc.)
  • Ensure that all services provided meet luxury standards

 

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Secondary, higher, or university degree – preferably in hospitality/tourism, economics, or marketing
  • Previous experience in the same or similar roles in high-category hotels is an advantage
  • Fluency in the local language and a high level of English are required
  • Any additional language will be considered a plus
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills, patience, and tact
  • Independence and initiative in performing tasks and solving problems
