Group & Events Coordinator (M/F) | Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel

What will be your mission?
As an In-House Sales Executive, you will organize and coordinate the events in the hotel, including the quotation, billing and managing the service orders.
What will you do?
- Schedule, coordinate and execute events at the Hotel.
- Ensure the constant sharing of information, functioning as a link between the several departments involved in the implementation of events.
- Coordinate and accompany the assembly teams before, during and after the events.
- Accompanying the client from the quotation request, booking process to the event, complying with internal standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding the client's expectations.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2-3 years of hotel Front Office and/or Sales/GEM areas experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Fluency in local language is a must and a high level of English is required.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, POS, etc) and Front Office systems.
- Knowledge of the principles of revenue management and commercial policies.
- Business awareness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Sales skills and techniques.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team.
