Administration Staff (M/F) | Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel

What will be your mission?

 

As Administration Staff, you will be responsible for control and tresury duties at the hotel.

What will you do?

 

  • Control of cash.
  • Responsible for cashiering, receiving and checking closures and cash at all points of sale.
  • Generate reports on cash receipts and follow up on cash receipts.
  • Daily cash journal of cash envelopes generated.
  • Checking cash receipts at SAP and following up on incidents at DWP.
  • Generate daily reports of casual labour control.
  • Monitoring invoices and collections.
  • Control of accounts with the property, invoices receivable and payable.
  • Control of current accounts in collaboration with Front Office and Groups.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years’ experience developing similar function.
  • SAP basic knowledge.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Good level of English both verbal and written.
  • Hotel management basic knowledge.
  • Organisation and tidiness.
  • Ability to work in a team.
