What will be your mission?

 

As a Concierge, you will ensure a personalised and memorable experience for each guest, anticipating their needs and delivering an exceptional level of service throughout their stay. You will act as an ambassador of the hotel and the city, providing exclusive recommendations, arranging services, and creating unique moments, with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail, always ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

What will you do?

 

  • Welcome and personally attend to guests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience from arrival to departure.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs proactively and respond promptly and effectively to all enquiries.
  • Excellent knowledge of all local points of interest as well as the hotel products and services, including room types and rates, relative features and facilities and food and beverage outlets.
  • Handle special requests with the utmost discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a consistently outstanding and memorable guest experience.

What are we looking for?

 

  • Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • A natural interest in other people and cultures.
  • You enjoy being a point of contact for our guests and make contact easily.
  • Ability to surprise guests with your special touch.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.
