What will be your mission?
As Guest Service Agent, you will be a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the personal point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests with the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness.
What will you do?
- Answer and forward requests and enquiries from our guests by telephone and email.
- Know how to handle our guests' complaints and be the expert when it comes to knowledge about your hotel.
- Be able to work with all hotel departments in a calm and focused manner, providing administrative support to the entire hotel and front office team.
- Celebrate the art of hospitality and your dedication to our guests is reflected in our equally caring approach to you.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in the Front Office department, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Fluency in local language is a must and high level of English is required.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc) and Front Office systems.
- Customer service focus.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Sales oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
