What will be your mission?
As a Head of Steward (M/F), you will be responsible for the pantry team and for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spaces, complying with internal hygiene and food safety standards and procedures (HACCP) in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do?
- Coordinate and manage the pantry team, responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the work area is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Ensure compliance with the established cleaning schedule.
- Identify the need for cleaning products and inform the supervisor for their supply.
- Knowledge and compliance with all HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure the supply of dishes, cutlery, and other necessary materials for the Kitchen and Restaurant teams.
