Key Account Manager Coperama . Portugal (M/F) - Lisboa

What will be your mission?
As a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (M/F), you will be responsible for representing Coperama at a commercial level, managing the current client portfolio and attracting new clients in Portugal.
What will you do?
- Represent Coperama commercially with various clients, thus being the point of contact for each client.
- Be responsible for managing the current client portfolio with the goal of increasing the volume of client purchases from suppliers approved by Coperama.
- Improve Compliance.
- Focus on increasing purchases beyond food and beverages, with a strong emphasis on services, non-food items, and equipment.
- Expand the network of contacts and stakeholders in each existing partner, from management to maintenance, covering all operational areas of Coperama's partner hotels.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the revenue of each partner, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the company's development and expansion strategy.
- Be responsible for expansion through increasing the client portfolio nationwide:
- Define, together with the General Director of Coperama Portugal, the best strategy for attracting new clients/associates.
- Manage the new client portfolio and pipeline management.
- Direct report to the General Director of Coperama Portugal.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong aptitude for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and empathy.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel industry, including knowledge of local hotel managers, owners, projects, and relevant contacts.
- In-depth knowledge of all operational areas of a hotel, as well as the essential needs of each.
- Knowledge of the hotel industry supplier market.
- Analytical skills to identify the critical and essential needs of Coperama's clients, as well as business opportunities with new clients.
- Organization.
- Geographic mobility, for client visits throughout the country.
