What will be your mission?
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our guests and Spa clients, providing an exceptional experience from the very first moment. We are looking for a professional passionate about hospitality and well-being, capable of creating a personalized, elegant, and memorable service, reflecting the high standards of one of the most iconic and prestigious hotels in Lisbon.
Through your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests' needs, you will help ensure that every visit to the Spa is a unique experience.
What will you do?
- Welcome and assist Spa guests and clients in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner.
- Manage Spa reservations, modifications, and cancellations through the designated booking systems.
- Perform Spa check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about Spa treatments, wellness programs, facilities, and retail products, promoting services according to guests’ needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and manage therapists’ schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Process payments, billing, and cash-handling procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain the reception area and guest-facing spaces in impeccable condition, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotel.
- Collaborate closely with Spa, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.
- Adhere to all operational procedures, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute actively to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the achievement of Spa performance objectives.

- Previous experience in hospitality, Spa operations, reception, or customer service is highly desirable.
