Social Media Cordinator (M/F) - Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel

What will be your mission?
As Social Media Coordinator, you will report to the General Director and respond to the marketing and communication needs of the hotel and its respective concepts/brands.
What will you do?
- Create and execute the organic and paid content planning for the hotel's social media and its different outlets, according to the strategy defined for the brand;
- Support all hotel brand events and activations as well as those of the outlets;
- Digital content development;
- Support influencer relationship management;
- Supervise the social media management agency;
- Coordinate photography and video sessions;
- Community managment;
- Monitor and moderates the online community across various social media channels, as well as analyzes and creates statistical performance reports, and oversees professional photo sessions to ensure they align with the brand’s visual identity;
- Analyze and follow up on requests for exchanges/filming or other events that, due to their nature, involve the hotel's brand image.
What are we looking for?
- Professional experience in the field between 1 to 2 years
- Degree in Marketing & Communication
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong writing and proofreading skills in both Portuguese and English
- Strategic thinking and visual communication skills aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Knowledge or experience with graphic design tools and social media management is valued
- Preferred knowledge in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Lightroom
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, gastronomy, or luxury sectors is a plus
- Availability for full-time, on-site work schedule
