Bar Supervisor (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Bar Supervisor who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the daily success of a vibrant bar operation.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
• Lead by example on the floor, inspiring the team to deliver personalized and attentive service.
• Build genuine guest relationships and confidently respond to guest needs and feedback.
• Ensure luxury service standards are consistently delivered and every guest interaction reflects the values of the Colbert Collection.
• Support the Bar Manager with team supervision, shift coordination and operational priorities.
• Assist with training and developing team members, helping to build product knowledge and service confidence.
• Monitor stock levels, bar presentation and service flow to maintain operational excellence.
• Work closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations at all times.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, Head Bartender or similar role within a luxury hotel, premium bar or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverage service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
