We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Chef de Partie to join our buzzing kitchen brigade who will run your own section, support junior chefs, and help us deliver fresh, flavoursome dishes across breakfast, bar, restaurant and events.This role is perfect for a CDP who loves creativity, enjoys a lively service, and wants to grow in a team that isn’t afraid to have fun while delivering exceptional quality.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

  • Run your section smoothly and efficiently
  • Prepare and present dishes to brand and quality standards
  • Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu development
  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Train, guide and motivate Commis and Demi Chefs
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and section organisation
  • Work closely with the wider F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Bring positive energy and nhow’s quirky personality into the kitchen

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi ready for the step up)
  • Solid knowledge of food preparation, knife skills and section management
  • Passion for cooking and excited by creativity
  • A strong team player with great communication skills
  • Organised, calm under pressure and committed to high standards
