As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.

We are seeking an exceptional Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue performance across two luxury hospitality properties in London, ensuring optimal market positioning, pricing strategies, and sustainable growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all sales channels.
  • Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to optimize business performance.
  • Contribute to the successful positioning and commercial success of both hotels during their pre-opening and opening phases.

How can you succeed in this role

  • Previous experience in a Cluster Revenue Manager role or managing revenue strategy across multiple properties is highly desirable.
  • Proven Revenue Management experience in luxury hotels is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
