Commis Waiter (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Commis Waiter who is eager to develop their career in luxury hospitality. 
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the service team in delivering exceptional and personalized dining experiences.
• Assist with food and beverage service while ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
• Build positive guest interactions through warm, professional and attentive service.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant and service stations to the highest standards.
• Develop strong knowledge of menus, beverages and luxury service standards.
• Work closely with Waiters, Supervisors and the Kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail throughout the restaurant.
• Follow all hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels or customer service is an advantage.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine service mindset.
• Desire to learn and develop within a fine dining environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
