Concierge (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking an experienced Concierge to create memorable, personalized experiences for our guests and serve as a trusted ambassador of the hotel and destination.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive, personalized and discreet service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Arrange exclusive dining reservations, transportation, entertainment, and bespoke experiences.
• Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, events, shopping, and dining.
• Support VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences are recognized, anticipated and exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and service providers.
• Coordinate complex guest requests and ensure flawless execution through effective use of the hotel's network and resources.
• Collaborate closely with all other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Executive, or similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of London, including restaurants, cultural attractions, and lifestyle experiences.
• An established network within London's luxury hospitality, dining and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke, highly personalized service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a polished and professional presence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
