Director of Sales (f/m/d) - Minor Hotels Europe & Americas - London

For the opening of an exciting new luxury hotel in London, we are seeking a visionary Director of Sales to define the hotel’s commercial identity and establish it as a distinguished address within London’s luxury hospitality landscape.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's sales strategy, ensuring strong market visibility and positioning within the luxury segment.
• Drive international sales and business development across key source markets to maximize revenue growth.
• Implement a multi-segment luxury sales strategy to optimize performance throughout the year.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and the General Manager on budgeting, pricing and forecasting, with a strong focus on financial performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to ensure continued competitiveness.
• Oversee key accounts and represent the hotels at international trade fairs, roadshows and networking events.
