In-Room Dining Server (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a guest-focused and service-driven In-Room Dining Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized experiences. 
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• Ensure every in-room dining experience reflects the luxury service standards of the Colbert Collection.
• Set up, present and serve orders to the highest standards, creating a memorable guest experience.
• Build genuine guest relationships and confidently respond to guest requests and preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverage offerings when appropriate.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Restaurant and Front Office teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and organization of all service areas and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures at all times.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience in In Room Dining, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurants, Hotels or Luxury Hospitality.
• Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet and guest-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider Food & Beverage team.
