For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and presentation of our property while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Maintenance team.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to exceptional standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programmes and repair works across the property.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety, functionality, and presentation of the hotel.
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and statutory requirements.
How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and facilities management.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
