We are the nhow hotel London – a quirky, unique and fun hotel on the border of Shoreditch - we are very different (in the best possible way) to any other hotel in London both in terms of look and feel. At nhow London, our aim is to ensure that all our guests have a different yet positive attitude towards us, and every time they come back to visit, we want each and every one to feel that it is a new experience. Our goal is to create a sense of expectation, a zest for discovery and an appetite to return.

nhow London (pronounced “now”) had opened in January 2020 and re-opened its door in July 2021 following temporary closure due to pandemic. The hotel has been designed by Sir Norman Foster’s acclaimed architectural firm Foster & Partners. The hotel themed is ‘Old London Reloaded’, designed by architect James Soane and combines British icons with unconventional contemporary elements. These include a?Big Ben rocket sculpture in the lobby and a wood installation around an LED fireplace.?Across eight storeys, the hotel features a restaurant, bar, gym, networking spaces and meeting rooms. 

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is bursting with ideas and ready to take our brand to the next level. You’ll be the mastermind behind our campaigns, digital presence, and local partnerships—bringing nhow’s quirky personality to life across every touchpoint.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• Develop and execute the hotel’s marketing & communications plan together with the General Manager and Brand Manager.
• Run creative campaigns to raise brand awareness, boost sales, and build customer loyalty.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across our website, social media channels, and paid media campaigns.
• Build partnerships with brands, influencers, and media outlets to maximize visibility.
• Coordinate press trips, media visits, and photo/video shoots with the support of the PR team.
• Plan and oversee events at the hotel and the hotel Restaurant.
• Design and produce marketing collaterals and merchandise, working with external partners and agencies.
• Manage the marketing budget, analyse ROI, and conduct market research to keep us ahead of trends.

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

• A degree in marketing & communication.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing & communications, ideally in hospitality or the service industry.
• Strong experience in social media management and content creation (graphic design is a plus).
• A creative networker with knowledge of local trends, events, and ideally connections within London’s lifestyle & art scene.
• Hands-on, analytical, results-driven, and resilient – someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Confident with MS tools, tracking platforms, and social media tools (SAP is a plus).
