Part-Time Night Auditor (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to support Front Office operations during the overnight shift. In this role, you will combine attentive guest service with accurate night audit procedures, helping ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations throughout the night.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Front Office operations during the overnight shift.
• Provide a warm and professional service to guests throughout the night.
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle late check-ins, early departures and guest requests.
• Ensure all transactions and daily records are accurately processed and reconciled.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth overnight operations.
• Prepare relevant information and reports for the morning team and ensure a seamless handover.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Operations or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Previous Night Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with PMS and Front Office systems.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed during overnight operations.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working night shifts on a part-time basis.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
