Public Area Attendant (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a meticulous and service-driven Public Area Attendant to ensure our public spaces consistently reflect the elegance, sophistication and impeccable standards synonymous with the Colbert Collection.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional first impression for every guest by ensuring our public spaces remain immaculate, elegant and welcoming at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas, proactively maintaining the exceptional standards expected within the Colbert Collection.
• Replenish amenities and supplies, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety matters in a timely manner.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures and standards.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning or luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for maintaining immaculate surroundings.
• Appreciation for luxury service standards and a genuine desire to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organized, reliable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
