Steward (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Steward to support our Culinary and Food & Beverage teams. As an essential member of the operation, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene while contributing to exceptional dining experiences.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, operating equipment, and work areas to the highest standards.
• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen and Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring equipment is available and properly maintained.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist with waste management, storage areas, and the organization of stewarding facilities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience in Stewarding or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented approach.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
