Waiter (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Waiter who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive, personalized and attentive service throughout the guest dining journey.
• Build genuine guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality.
• Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage offerings, confidently enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain the highest luxury service standards and represent the values of the Colbert Collection.
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Support revenue growth through thoughtful upselling and product knowledge.
• Ensure impeccable presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the restaurant.
• Follow all hygiene, health & safety and operational standards.

How can you succeed in this role

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Server or Food & Beverage Assistant within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverages and fine dining service standards.
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Positive, professional and team-oriented approach.
