As a Housekeeping Quality & Coordination Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for supervising a team of room attendants and ensuring that the quality of the hotel is maintained and enhanced according to hotel policies, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.

Your Role at a Glance
As Housekeeping Quality & Coordination Manager you are responsible for managing the operational tasks of the department. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and that NH Hotel Group's quality standards are applied and monitored. You are the linking pin between the hotel and the cleaning companies, you perform administrative tasks, you ensure correct stock management, and you immediately apply your knowledge of the field of human resources into practice. A true dynamic function!
