What will be your mission?

  • Master Data Management is a key area that ensures proper purchasing and accounting across the entire organization.
  • This position will support Master Data Management dpt. worldwide level, supporting and reinforcing clear instructions to hotels and Shared Services Center in Delhi.
  • Will apply consistent and homogeneous methodology for incidence management across all BUs to drive global solutions where local requirements must be considered too.
  • It will ensure that all NH users follow strictly all MDM processes and procedures.
  • Will manage urgent and exceptional cases, attending internal ticketing tools and will support and attend internal escalations.

What will you do?

  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of Master Data by assisting in data creation, validation and updates according to established MDM procedures.
  • Assist in the monitoring and resolution of incidents related to Procure to Pay processes, ensuring proper follow-up through internal ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate with hotels and Shared Services Center to ensure correct application of global MDM guidelines, providing support and clarification when required.
  • Contribute to the standardization of processes by helping identify recurring issues and supporting the implementation of consistent solutions across Business Units.
  • Support the management of urgent or exceptional cases, escalating incidents when necessary and ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and basic analyses to support process control, data quality monitoring and decision-making.

  • Not required, nonetheless Administration and/or Purchasing knowledge is a plus.
