Connectivity & Commercial Strategy Trainee - Minor Hotels Eu&Am - Madrid

What will be your mission?

We are looking for a technical-analytical, professional and results driven person that will help us in the implementation and execution of connectivity management support. We want to offer you a global experience, because of that, you’ll have the opportunity of cooperating with other departments. What will you do?

  • Management, control and rate distribution, as well as their implementation in the different E-Distribution channels via excel templates and extranet platforms
  • Failovers & channels errors reports and research by error typology
  • Assignment and monitoring reports of Jiras (incident tool).
  • Support in the creation and configuration of new connectivities: directly or through one of the contracted channel managers (RateTiger and direct connectivities).
  • Data connectivity report analysis sent by IT and channel manager
  • Booking data report analysis sent by IT and channels managers
  • Channels distribution support ( OTA’s, wholesalers, touroperators…) and internal despartments related to connectivity ( IT, Revenue, Distribution, Content, CRM…)
  • Sharepoint Management: Manual Channels, processes and documents related to connectivity Channels
  •  New openings
  • Disaffiliation properties

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

  • It could be valuable to have worked in a Hotel.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems, Channel Manager, OTA´s or online distribution is a plus but not a must!

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor´s degree in Tourism with high level Excel and office skills with a passion for data and analysis.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Technical & Analytical skills.
  • Advance user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good level of English both written and spoken
  • Goal oriented
  • Highly motivated
  • Communication skills
