What will be your mission?

At Coperama, one of Europe’s leading procurement companies in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Controller Trainee who is eager to grow professionally within an international and dynamic environment. This role supports the financial health, accuracy, and performance of the organization by ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, contributing to robust analysis, and helping optimize internal processes. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively with various departments and senior management.

What will you do?

  • Provide support in the close accounting processes of the Coperama group companies.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the Coperama Business Units.
  • Provide support to the Managing Directors of the various Coperama regions (Spain, Benelux, Italy, Central Europe, Portugal, Colombia, and Mexico) regarding their information and reporting needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably in the final year of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, European Business Program, or a Master’s program (MBA, Hotel Business Management, etc.).
  • Very high level of English, both written and spoken, as a large part of the work will be carried out with international contacts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office program (especially Excel).
