What will be your mission?
We are looking for a highly technical-analytical, professional and results driven person that will help us in the GDS rate loading process, connectivity management support and assistance on resolution of incidents and queries. What will you do?
Assist with the correct rate loading and hotel content in all channels, including the GDS/HRS rate auditing. Assist in the implementation of any GDS or OTA enhancement, provide technical support, resolution of queries, etc. Help with Failovers & Channel connectivity error reports and research by error typology. Assistance in resolution of incidents Direct contact with internal clients (Sales Dpt., Revenue Management, IT, Hotels, Distribution, etc.) and external clients (GDS providers, travel agencies / corporate account managers, OTAs, etc.).
What are we looking for?
EXPERIENCE
- It could be valuable to have worked in a hotel or travel agency.
- Knowledge of one or more GDS’s (functions and formats), as well as the travel industry.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems or online distribution is a plus but not a must!
- Good level of English both written and spoken.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
- Technical and analytical skills.
- Professional user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
