IT Trainee - Minor Hotels Eu&Am - Madrid

What will be your mission?

  • As an IT Support Intern, you will be part of the team that ensures employees can work smoothly by keeping our workplace technology running effectively. You will deepen your understanding of how a corporate support environment operates, gaining experience in diagnosing issues, assisting users, and learning the standards and tools that keep our systems stable and secure. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in technical support while growing in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Provide hands-on support in the administration and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, PC setup and configuration, and the creation and management of user accounts.
  • Offer general IT support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the office.

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of Networks, network protocols and mail, knowledge of Systems Administration (Active Directory), advanced use of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Languages: Spanish and English
