What will be your mission?
As Booking Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assigning leads within the Groups & Events Management Team of Minor Hotels - Italy, based in Assago (MI).
What will you do?
Reporting to the Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Daily distribution of event leads
- Coordination of requests among different teams
- Verification and management of duplicate requests
- Oversight of booking and event-related portals
- Handling assessment calls
- Follow-up on offers and proposals
- Quality control of offers issued
- Acting as the key contact for the internal ticketing system
What are we looking for?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with standard office technologies, including Office package.
- Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written). Other languages are appreciated.
- Flexibility, stress tolerance, attention to detail, negotiation, creative thinking.
