Internship Housekeeping - Tivoli President Milano Hotel

What will your mission be?

As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating the department’s daily operations, helping to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service quality.

What will you do?

• Support the inspection of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist the team in managing daily operational requests and coordinating maintenance interventions.
• Support the monitoring of supplies, consumables, and linen inventory.
• Assist with inventory activities and stock control.
• Use company management systems to update operational information and records.
• Contribute to the implementation of company procedures, safety regulations, and sustainability policies.
• Support the department in analyzing quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A degree or coursework in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in the hospitality industry.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
