As an Assistant Executive Chef (f/m/d), you support the Executive Chef in leading the daily kitchen operation while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Your Role at a Glance

Lead and supervise your kitchen section and support the Executive Chef

Ensure high‑quality preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes

Organize daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor workflow and qualityMaintain strong communication with the service team, especially during busy operations and events

Train, guide, and support new colleagues, students, and apprenticesAssist in menu development, recipe testing, and improvement of work methods

Manage ordering, stock control, and deliveries according to FIFOSafeguard HACCP, safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times
