Your Role at a Glance 

• Prepare meeting rooms for events (meetings, lunches, dinners, parties) based on layouts, technical requirements, and planning. 

• Manage and maintain furniture, including periodic checks and arranging repairs or replacements as needed. 

• Plan necessary materials and equipment according to the type and size of the event. 

• Set up and dismantle furniture, decorations, AV equipment, and other materials before and after events. 

• Ensure proper use of lifting, transport, and height-access tools during setup and teardown. 

• Load and unload materials from storage or vehicles and return items to designated areas after events. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
