Your Role at a Glance

Prepare meeting rooms for events (meetings, lunches, dinners, parties) based on layouts, technical requirements, and planning.

Manage and maintain furniture, including periodic checks and arranging repairs or replacements as needed.

Plan necessary materials and equipment according to the type and size of the event.

Set up and dismantle furniture, decorations, AV equipment, and other materials before and after events.

Ensure proper use of lifting, transport, and height-access tools during setup and teardown.

Load and unload materials from storage or vehicles and return items to designated areas after events.

Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
