What are you going to do?

As a Quality (Management) intern, you will join an all-round position within the Quality Department. The focus will be mainly on the quality of the entire hotel and the guest experiences. In addition, you are partly responsible of maintaining, sharing and tracking online reviews and implementing new ideas to improve the stay of our guests. Moreover, you guarantee the quality requirements and standards of Minor Hotels. You are an example to others regarding service and you proactively initiate improvements.
