What will be your mission?
As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for continually developing the spa team members, whilst ensuring that the spa is consistently operating.
What will you do?
- Ensure the planning, coordination and supervision of teams in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
- Carry out periodic inspections and ensure the hygiene and maintenance of the facilities, reception, treatment rooms and common areas.
- Promote a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for the customers by providing an efficient and cordial service.
- Make sure that all employees perform with great professionalism all the massages, complementary body treatments, facials and beauty treatments that are included in the Spa menu, making sure that they meet the defined service standards.
- Receive and manage complaints in person, on online platforms and by email.
- Collaborate in the implementation of marketing strategies that adapt to the market and customer profile in order to maximize sales.
- Promote the services to potential users and ensure good relations with existing customers.
- Promote training in services, treatments and procedures.
- Work in cooperation with the entire Spa team to ensure consistent quality of experience for all guests.
What are we looking for?

- Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist or wellness related field and Spa Manager.
- Proficient knowledge of various spa therapies, techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse guests and provide personalized treatments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment.
- Commitment to always maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
