What will be your mission?

 

As an Operational Assistant, you will provide support to the Controller as well as act as a liaison between the Revenue Auditor and the Reception.

What will you do?

 

  • Provision of administrative support to the various departments.
  • Support in the preparation, execution, and posting of monthly inventories.
  • Validation of internal consumption.
  • Conducting spot checks and deviation analysis.
  • Auditing Front Office procedures (cancellations, early departures, and pick-up).
  • Billing management: invoice verification, collections, sending billing documents, and issuing/sending proformas.
  • Management of reservation guarantees.
  • Verification and review of reservations (individual and group), both direct and from tour operators.

What are we looking for?

 

  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Professional experience in the hospitality sector and in similar roles and/or Front Office, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels.
  • Knowledge of the local language and English (fluent spoken level) will be valued.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Databases, and specific applications related to accommodation/hospitality.
  • Passion for service and strong customer orientation.
  • Professional attitude, genuine smile, neat presentation, and friendliness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good general knowledge and familiarity with the destination and the hotel.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Aptitude for commercial activities.
