Concierge Agent - Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

What will be your mission?

Luxury hospitality is not simply about service — it is about creating access, emotions and unforgettable moments.
We are looking for a passionate and highly connected Concierge to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome, delivering bespoke experiences with elegance, discretion and deep cultural awareness.

This role is designed for a hospitality professional able to anticipate guests’ needs, curate unique itineraries and represent the very essence of Roman excellence and international luxury service.

What will you do?

• Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
• Excellent knowledge of all local points of interest as well as the hotel products and services, including room types and rates, relative features and facilities and food and beverage outlets.
• Ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed in a timely manner.
• Deliver personalised concierge services to an international luxury clientele
• Curate exclusive experiences, reservations and tailor-made itineraries
• Promote Rome’s cultural, artistic and gastronomic heritage with confidence and storytelling ability
• Coordinate guest requests with discretion, efficiency and attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury partners and local networks
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence standards at all times

What are we looking for?

• Degree or strong academic/professional background in History, Archaeology or Cultural Heritage
• Passion and in-depth knowledge of Roman history, art and culture
• Experience abroad or exposure to international luxury clientele
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or international hospitality environments
• A natural interest in other people and cultures.
• You enjoy being a point of contact for our guests and make contact easily.
• Ability to surprise guests with your special touch.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and italian languages.
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving attitude
• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
