What will be your mission?
In luxury hospitality, Front Office is the first expression of excellence.
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our 5-star luxury hotel in Rome.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong organisational skills, international exposure and a natural passion for guest service excellence.
What will you do?
- Supervise daily Front Office operations
- Support and coordinate the Reception team during daily activities
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and operational challenges with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge and operational departments
- Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality procedures and standards
- Assist the Front Office Manager with departmental operations
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role within international hotels or luxury hospitality
- Mandatory international working experience abroad
- Fluent Italian required
- Fluent English essential
- Knowledge of at least one additional language
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Professional standing and attention to detail
- Operational flexibility and guest-focused approach
- Knowledge of thai culture will be valued
