As an Assistant Executive Chef (f/m/d), you support the Executive Chef in leading the daily kitchen operation while ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

  What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?  

  • Lead and supervise your kitchen section and support the Executive Chef
  • Ensure high‑quality preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
  • Organize daily operations, assign tasks, and monitor workflow and qualityMaintain strong communication with the service team, especially during busy operations and events
  • Train, guide, and support new colleagues, students, and apprenticesAssist in menu development, recipe testing, and improvement of work methods
  • Manage ordering, stock control, and deliveries according to FIFOSafeguard HACCP, safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef and a passion for high‑quality cuisine.
  • Busy service doesn’t stress you out, you stay calm and ensure quality in every dish.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and love bringing new ideas to the kitchen.
  • You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
