What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

As one of the Chef-de-Parties, you will be working the evening shifts, from 15.00 – 23.30 and making food for the Moana bar, staff canteen, and the room service. You are expected to prepare dishes according to nhow recipes and occasionally according to your own recipes. You prepare dishes by means of à la minute cooking methods and according to our standards regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and presentation. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation. This position offers stability, routines, and moderate amount of pressure.

 

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

  • You have been working as an independent chef or commis chef and you want to make a step and cook in a large hotel;
  • You have a passion for food, and for creating unique experiences for our guests;
  • You have a good command of the English Language (Dutch is a plus);
  • You are able to work independently and without supervision, at times but you do not mind helping other departments;
  • You are a hard worker with an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situation.
