What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

 

06:45 With a cup of coffee, you go through the planning of the day.
07:00 You open and prepare all meeting rooms and startup all coffee areas before the first guests arrive.
08:00 After the handover with the Supervisor you are present in the coffee areas, after feedback from a contact person you quickly adjust one breakout room.
09:30 All meetings started and you prepare the first morning breaks, you pay special attention to the dietary wishes of the guests.
11:00 The first break has started, your colleague oversees coffee service, you quickly refresh the meeting rooms.
11:45 Together with colleagues from different departments you enjoy your lunch.
12:15 The first groups go for lunch, you refresh the meeting rooms and make sure all coffee areas are neat and tidy again.
13:00 All groups are back in the meeting rooms after their lunch, you tidy up the coffee areas again.
14:30 You prepare the afternoon break following the NH Standards, and you ask the kitchen to prepare some more break items.
15:00 Your colleague of the evening started, you hand over your shift and you go home!

 

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

 

  • A love for local art & architecture and hospitality runs through your veins,  

  • You make sure everything runs smoothly during the event, like breaks 

  • Meeting & Events and/or Banqueting experience and a relevant education are useful, but not the most important for us. Audio visual knowledge is an advantage; 

  • You have a good command of the English; Dutch is an advantage; 

  • You are energized by physical work, such as setting up furniture in the venues.
