What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

 

Once the contract request for a meeting, event, conference, or group booking has been signed, the booking will be sent to you. From that moment on you are responsible for the organization of the event and for everything that comes with it. You think of every detail, and you are someone who knows how to create the “nhow” experience for every guest! You communicate with the contact person, arrange all special wishes, communicate with international parties, advise on all options, and think along with both the contact person of the booking and your colleagues from the operational departments. You ensure that all information ends up in the right places within the operational departments, to guarantee guests have a unique experience.

  • You enjoy planning and arranging all kinds of meetings and events, and you are able to place yourself in the guest’s shoes; 

  • You find it a challenge to ensure that everything is arranged down to the very last detail. Upselling is your forte; 

  • You are flexible, accurate, and you are a real team player. In this position you always have a clear overview, you have a commercial attitude, and you always think one step ahead; 

  • In addition, you have excellent communication skills, both with guests and with other contacts, operational departments, and the GEM Office; 

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
